Q1. What is the cost of shipping?
Ans. We are pleased to offer free shipping across India on all orders. For international shipping or deliveries to locations outside India, shipping charges will apply. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Q2. How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Ans. Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders.
Our general delivery time frame is 6-7 business days. You will receive your order within this time frame. You will be notified through a text message as soon as we ship your order from our end along with all the tracking details!
Some products are made on order only, where we can take up to 15-20 business days.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
Q3. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 90572 40787 or write to us at support@goyalsareeemporium.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
Q4. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Message with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We take 10-15 working days to ship international orders from our end.
The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Goyal Saree Emporium and accept The Goyal Saree Emporium decision regarding the cancellation.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Goyal Saree Emporium and accept Goyal Saree Emporium decision regarding the cancellation.
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 11 am to 6 pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
